HOW TO USE THERAPEUTIC BATH CRYSTALS
• Full Bath: Depending on the size of your tub, add 2-4 cups of crystals
• Foot Soak: Add 1-2 cups of bath crystals
• As a Compress: Fill your sink with water, add 1 cup of crystals and soak a cloth for 5 minutes
